SaaS Sales Executive

Who we are looking for

  • 1-2 years proven sales experience closing B2B deals - preferably in the SaaS, e-commerce or financial services space.
  • You are familiar with the latest sales qualification frameworks (MEDDIC, CHAMP etc.) and sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger Sale etc.).
  • As the first sales hire, you’ll need to be a self-starter who’s able to motivate themselves, take initiative and work independently.
  • You’re an excellent communicator, tenacious, curious, coachable and very process-driven.
  • You have experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive etc.) and sales automations tools (Salesloft, Outreach etc.).

Role Description

  • You will be the 1st sales hire and therefore solely responsible for growing Venn Apps customer base.
  • As the first sales hire you will have the opportunity to define and optimise our sales playbook.
  • As the first sales hire you will have an active role in growing our sales team.
  • This is a predominantly outbound focussed role and you will be expected to build a pipeline by contacting prospective Shopify businesses and evangelising the power of mobile apps to them.
  • You will be leading demos with prospective clients and will need to know the product inside out.
  • You will work closely with the head of product to help optimise the existing product based on customer feedback.
  • You will receive ongoing support and coaching from our co-founders to assist with lead generation, deal negotiations, product demos, and anything else you might need.


  • A competitive salary consisting of £30-35K base (dependant on experience) and an easily achievable OTE of £60-70K.

To date sales has been founder-led but due to the high demand for our services and the large size of the addressable market, we are now looking to bring onboard the first of many sales hires to help scale the business!
